What is Positive Mindfulness? It brings together two powerful paradigms from Western Positive Psychology and Eastern Spiritual traditions to create a method of Conscious Living through conscious choice. I will introduce you to the principles of conscious living through positive psychology and mindfulness which cultivates a heightened awareness of yourself and the world around you. This opens up the potential for making different choices in your thinking, feeling and behaving, taking you more and more towards an authentic way of being and living. You will feel more alive, connected, grounded and create an inner freedom which allows you to steer your life where you want to.

How to develop self-awareness through mindfulness

The plan for and pathway to inner change and a flourishing life
