About this course

Positive emotions have a power of their own which enhances your sense of wellbeing and can enable you to function positively in life. You will feel more connected and engaged through positive emotions which go just beyond those moments of great joy. Love and compassion, gratitude and hope, awe and inspiration, excitement and serenity are emotions which you will begin to feel deeply, each having its own experience and impact in your life which becomes enriched with this array of positive emotions. They create an inner resource that leads towards greater freedom and resilience enabling you to flourish in your life!
