Character strengths are positive personal traits that are reflected in your thinking, feeling and behaviour lived according to values and manifest as virtues such as wisdom, courage and justice. What are these values and what is the effect of living a conscious life according to these values? How do you use the technique of positive mindfulness to achieve moment to moment awareness and direction of thoughts and feelings to align with a value?
